Every first week of June in British Columbia is known as Seniors’ Week. This is a time to celebrate seniors and their many contributions – providing an opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the integral part seniors play in communities across British Columbia. During 2024 BC Seniors' Week, Frog Hollow advocates for increased funding to support seniors in the community during Seniors’ Week. Following 2 previous successful fairs in 2023, The theme for this year’s Seniors Resource Fair is ACCESSIBILITY: to responsive health care, culturally & language appropriate social & recreational programming, reliable public transportation, nutritious food, affordable housing, and low barrier information online.
Since 2020, NEVAAN has convened almost 40 multi-disciplinary organizations, from health, community connection, transportation, housing, and many more, to offer integrated support for older adults in the north east quadrant of Vancouver.  Learn more >>

Seniors Holiday Lunch

Every holiday season, we host a small gathering for all the seniors who have participated in our programs over the past year, bringing holiday joy and warmth to them. This event typically features delicious roasted turkey, bingo games, musicians, senior performances, and more. It's a time when all our seniors come together to enjoy quality time with one another.
