with the Land
Our welcoming and inclusive community is located on the traditional, unceded and stolen territories of the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations. At Frog Hollow, we are committed to fostering dialogue on decolonization and the vital importance of connecting with the land through a variety of programs and initiatives.

A sense of Belonging
Discover a wide range of community events that bring neighbors together, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration. From festivals and workshops to fundraisers and social gatherings, there's always something exciting happening in Hastings-Sunrise.
The practicum allowed me to step outside my comfort zone, challenging me while allowing me to put my passions for community service and relationship-building into action. This rewarding experience allowed me to develop my social work skills and connect with the community in meaningful ways.
