Intercultural Community Programmer
Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House builds community in the vibrant Hastings-Sunrise neighbourhood of East Vancouver, located on the traditional, unceded and occupied territories of the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations. We are seeking a versatile, energetic community programmer to work collaboratively with the Family Team to develop, facilitate and support programs that integrate Indigenous teachings and culture.
School Age Care Team Lead
Frog Hollow Neighbourhood Neighbourhood House

The School Age Care Team Lead will be responsible for the leadership, supervision, and administration of the Kids World school age program licensed for 76 spaces for children ages 5-12. This program drops off and picks up from three neighbourhood schools and this position will involve walking to these schools and/or driving if possible. Class 4 Driver’s license or ability to obtain will be an asset. This program fosters a positive, and emergent learning environment with a focus on the social and emotional well being of all children. We are an inclusive, multicultural, dynamic and collaborative child care setting which includes working with other educators to plan and implement a progressive and innovative program inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, BC Early Learning Framework in concert with the values of FHNH. Other responsibilities include developing strong and collaborative relationships and communication with children, families and colleagues.

Early Childhood Educator/Infant Toddler Educator

The ECE and Infant Toddler Educator positions are responsible for the provision of an early childhood education program in our Infant/Toddler and 3-5 group settings that fosters positive, and emergent learning environments with a focus on the social and emotional well-being of all children. We are an inclusive, multicultural, dynamic and collaborative child care setting which includes working with other educators to plan and implement a progressive and innovative program inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, BC Early Learning Framework in concert with the values of FHNH.
Program Coordinator, Frames Film Program
The Frames Film Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering the Frames Film Program, an innovative, youth-centered filmmaking program that provides training, support, and a voice to Indigenous youth and their peers. This is a regular part time position with excellent benefits packing including pension.

The Youth Settlement Worker works with a high-energy, creative, collaborative team to provide a variety of academic, social, recreational and skill development activities to newcomer and preteen youth ages 10-30. Programs are held at Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House, Sunrise Welcome Place, and our neighbouring schools. Evening and weekend work is required in order to meet community needs. This is a regular full time position with excellent benefits packing including pension.
