A big thank you to Brad for taking the time to teach us, and to Miles for being an excellent teaching assistant.
Some poses came more easily to us, while others were a bit trickier. We are so proud of how the children challenged themselves to try new things!
We all felt so refreshed and calm afterward, and the little yogis kept striking poses all day long. Namaste, little ones!
